In this SheADV Trailside, we host an honest panel discussion on Getting Back in the Saddle After Injury, created to support women riders navigating recovery, confidence, and a safe return to riding.

The panel features experts in training and rehabilitation, including Shal Wilson, Erin Sanzone, PA-C, Jess Hofherr, and BJ Hessler. Together, they discuss the science and psychology of injury recovery, best practices for healing—such as nutrition, sleep, patience, and progressive movement—and how to approach returning to the bike thoughtfully.
