Description​:

In conjunction with Chilly Willy Weekend, we are offering an Intro to Adventure Riding class right onsite!

This class will be held at the rally base camp on the Saturday of the rally. So you have time to get to town Friday and set up camp, shake off the frost, breakfast, and warm up Saturday morning, as well as time to test out your new skills on the forest roads/trails on Sunday. 

The objective of this class is for each student to learn the fundamentals of throttle control & clutch finesse to keep their heavy bike "in balance". Additional skills include: shifting while standing, negotiating tight turns with counterbalancing, and mastering off-camber terrain, all off tarmac. 

This class is excellent for students who have a “big bike” but are not comfortable taking it off-road (yet).  Adventure bikes or dual-sport bikes are welcome. Students must provide their own bikes. Ages 12+ welcome.

You must register for the rally to participate in this class, as this will cover your food and camping expenses.
